Finished at last!!!
At long last it is finished and has gone to it's proper home. I've loaded a few piccies for viewing but I'm aware that this is a very personal treasure and so I'd like to protect the owners' privacy by not putting every detail on view to the world and it's auntie!!! The actual photos of the photos (if you know what I mean!)are a bit rubbish anyway due to my poor flash photography skills but I'm really pleased with how the book itself turned out. I hope my fellow crafters enjoy taking a peek! All the dangly bits on the bookrings were taken from some cheapo Primark jewellery. Honestly, I can't tell you how handy that shop is for this sort of thing!
Special thanks to Elaine, for letting me borrow some of your lovely gold embossing powder which I used for the heart on the cover. I love the way it's turned out - like beaten metal. Cool!

Jak, This is amazing! I love what you did with the metallic powder, you are welcome to borrow it any time. I wasn't quite sure what to do with it as it seems to separate out a bit but the effect you have created is so fitting. Your friends must be delighted with such a great keepsake.
